This year the League has implemented a weight rule: It's as follows:
1. Any offensive player that advances the football must have the sticker on their helmet, if no sticker or certified by roster a 15-yard unsportsmanlike penalty will be assessed.
2. A fumbled ball or interception is live and anyone can advance it.
